Specializations:

  • Outpatient Psychiatric Care
  • Hormonal Imbalances

Mary is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-C) with over a decade of experience across primary care, pain management, and psychiatric settings. She specializes in outpatient psychiatric care for individuals with co-occurring medical concerns, with particular attention to how hormonal imbalances and other physiological factors influence mood, cognition, sleep, and emotional regulation.

Her clinical focus includes the treatment of ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma-related conditions, sleep disturbances, and mood disorders across the lifespan. She works with patients who are medically and psychiatrically stable and seeking thoughtful, longitudinal care rather than acute or crisis-level treatment. Her approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where individuals feel heard, respected, and supported.

Outside of her clinical work, Mary values balance and connection. She enjoys hiking Arizona trails, taking long walks with her dogs, and spending time outdoors as a way to reset and recharge. She also plays guitar and finds music to be a meaningful creative outlet and a powerful way to decompress. These interests reflect her belief in the importance of movement, creativity, and the mind-body connection in overall well-being.

She strives to bring warmth, authenticity, and curiosity into every interaction, with the goal of helping individuals feel comfortable, empowered, and engaged in their care.
