Sarah is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can experience relief, growth, and positive change.

Sarah has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, and she utilizes therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing (SE). Her focus includes treating anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Madeleine Pena, LMSW

Madeleine is a bilingual, Spanish-speaking, Licensed Master Social Worker who works with adolescents (14+) and adults to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, and difficult life transitions. She is passionate about helping clients overcome barriers and achieve personal growth.

Combining cognitive-behavioral tools with a holistic approach to wellness, Madeleine fosters a collaborative process to support healing and empowerment. She provides a compassionate and safe space for exploring emotions, building resilience, and achieving goals.

Staci Johnson, LAC

Staci is a Licensed Associate Counselor with years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and ADHD. She is EMDR-trained and uses a trauma-informed approach to guide clients toward healing and personal growth.

With a decade of experience in helping professions, including working with older adults and their families, Staci brings warmth and compassion to the therapeutic process. She tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs, fostering a safe and affirming space for self-discovery and change.

Brian is a Licensed Associate Counselor with over 10 years of experience in outpatient and inpatient care. He specializes in working with adolescents (13+), adults, and couples/families facing challenges such as mood disorders, trauma, substance abuse, and interpersonal struggles.

Brian combines clinical expertise with holistic and strengths-based approaches, tailoring his methods to each client’s unique personality and goals. With experience in trauma care for active military, veterans, and first responders, Brian fosters a collaborative, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

Nicoletta Tomasetti, LAC

Nicoletta is a Licensed Associate Counselor who specializes in working with individuals and couples on a wide range of concerns, including trauma, stress, relationship issues, sexual dysfunction, and intimacy.

She supports clients in developing healthy coping skills, increasing emotional intelligence, and addressing intimacy issues in marriage and relationships. She also provides a safe space to explore questions about sexual functioning, concerns about possible sex addiction, and specific sexual dysfunctions.

With nine years of experience, she has an extensive history working with diverse populations, including individuals with complex disorders, veterans, law enforcement, and survivors of crime and abuse. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and RLT (Relational Life Therapy).
